Is the media’s adoration of Obama’s faith an example of bias and hypocrisy? Or is it simply a case of man-bites-dog? Senator Obama is a staunch supporter of abortion rights and holds a voting record to the left of Ted Kennedy, the often cited Senator in the “one of the most liberal” camp. A far left voting record and support of abortion are things not normally associated with the religious, yet Obama frequently talks about God and his solid belief in in the Almighties word. Issues that will make for interesting friction with the secular left and the religious right, should he decided to become an 08 candidate in some fashion…
